Anchor Community Management’s President & CEO, Justin Sacoolas, CCAM, has been in industry leadership since 2012. He is the author of the Department of Real Estate’s accredited course The Art of Being a Board Member (2015), a recurring speaker at the California Association of Community Managers’ Annual Law Seminar, and a contributor to CACM’s Vision Magazine. While some companies assign an unexperienced manager to a community and then create levels of separation between their clients and the CEO, our Boards always have direct access to the help they need. National firms may refer to that as, “The Old-School Business Model” but we’ve found that personalized management is what our clients prefer.
